New to LUXE?
Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to appointment time. This time will be used for consultation/reviewing and signing consent forms.
Cancellations
Your appointment is very important to us. This time is reserved especially for you. In order to continue to provide all guests with the best possible scheduling options, we do require a 48 hour notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your visit. If you have to cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours of notice, a 50% total service fee does apply and will be charged. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, 75% will be due. If you do not show up for your appointment and do not text or call, 100% of the services will be charged and you will not be able to book again at LUXE. *Vagaro does send out multiple reminder messages: at the time of booking, a week prior to appointment day and 48 hours before appointment. If you need to cancel at any time, please call or text! We understand emergencies happen, please keep us updated!
Late Arrivals
We understand that uncontrollable things can happen that might cause you to run late. Please reach out if you know you will be late. If you are more then 15 minutes late to your appointment, we might have to alter your service for something that fits your time, so that the next guests' appointment is not disrupted.
Service Adjustments
Our main goal at LUXE is to have you feeling beautiful and empowered with your new look. If you are having any challenges with your hair cut or color, please reach out within 7 days to have a complementary adjustment. There are no refunds on services and changing your mind on a color or cut is not considered an adjustment. We want you to be 100% happy with your hair.
Your color, Brazilian Blowout or extensions service is only guaranteed if you invest in the recommended shampoo and conditioner from LUXE directly. If you do not invest in the recommended shampoo & conditioner we will not perform any redo services complimentary.
*Please note some complex color services may require multiple visits/services to achieve. Your stylist will tell you directly if your goal cannot be achieved in one sitting. No color service is guaranteed if you have box color present in your hair.
Retail Purchases
If you are not happy with a retail product you have purchased, you can return it and receive a full refund within 12 days. Please note any discounted retail products are none refundable.

If you are not happy with your experience, we will make any necessary adjustments so you can leave our salon feeling amazing!
