Pre Appointment:
Welcome to Luxe Beauty Room! As a first-time guest, your journey begins with a personalized consultation process designed to ensure the best possible experience. You'll start by completing a New Guest Form, which helps me understand your hair history, goals, and vision so I can create a customized plan just for you.
After reviewing your form, we'll schedule your appointment together via email. You'll also receive our salon policies by text or email. These policies must be reviewed and signed prior to your appointment to ensure we're aligned and prepared to provide you with an exceptional Luxe experience.
Appointment Day:
Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment so we can review your New Guest Form together and create a clear plan to achieve your hair goals. A thorough consultation is the foundation of every successful appointment, allowing us to discuss your desired color, haircut, extension options, lifestyle, maintenance preferences, and overall vision. If you're receiving a chemical service, you'll also complete a chemical consent form so I can better understand your hair history and ensure the safest approach possible.
During your visit, make yourself at home! Enjoy a complimentary beverage or snack, connect to our Wi-Fi, and take advantage of our phone chargers while you relax and unwind.
At the end of your appointment, we'll finish your look with a style and, with your permission, capture some photos and videos to showcase your beautiful transformation. Don't worry, I'll guide you every step of the way, and only images you love will be shared. I'm also happy to send them to you so you can show off your new look to family and friends.
