Pre Appointment:
Since this is your first time at LUXE, we will book your appointment together, via email. You will first need to fill out a new guest form, which is basically a pre consultation form just so your stylist knows exactly what your looking to do. Then you'll get sent our policies via text/email. This form needs to be read through and signed before your appointment. Our policy form is just to ensure everyone is on the same page.
Appointment Day:
Please arrive 15 minutes early so you and your stylist can go through the form you submitted and to get a clear plan together to reach your end goal. Having a thorough consolation is the KEY to a successful appointment. You'll go over the color you're looking for, the best extension types for your hair as well as the cut you are looking for. If you are receiving a chemical service, you will fill out a chemical consent form. This is just to get to know you more as well as your hair history and expectations. During your appointment, feel free to grab a beverage or a snack. We also have wifi and phones chargers available.
At the end of your service, we will get you styled and do a little photo session, (with your consent) for the 'Gram & Tiktok of course. Don't worry, this will be fun! Your stylist will walk you through on how to pose and will only use the pictures and vids that you and your hair look the best in. If you'd like, the photos/videos can get sent to you for you to share with your family and friends!
