By purchasing a Luxe Stylist Education membership, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Membership Access

Your membership provides access to exclusive educational content, training materials, live sessions, and community resources offered through Luxe Stylist Education.

Membership access is intended solely for the enrolled member and may not be shared, transferred, copied, distributed, or reproduced.

Intellectual Property

All content provided through Luxe Stylist Education, including videos, lives, written materials, graphics, downloads, and educational resources, remains the property of Luxe Beauty Room and Luxe Stylist Education.

Members may not:

Share login information
Record or distribute content
Resell or reproduce educational materials
Use educational materials for their own paid education programs without written permission

Community Expectations

Members are expected to maintain a respectful and professional environment.

Harassment, bullying, discrimination, inappropriate behavior, or solicitation of other members may result in immediate termination of membership without refund.

Educational Disclaimer

Luxe Stylist Education provides educational information and professional guidance based on industry experience.

Results are not guaranteed. Individual success depends on personal effort, skill level, implementation, and business practices.

Changes to Membership

Luxe Stylist Education reserves the right to modify content, educational offerings, pricing, features, and membership benefits at any time.

Existing members will be notified of significant changes when applicable.

Membership Cancellation Policy

Monthly Memberships

Members may cancel their subscription at any time through their account portal.

Cancellation will stop future recurring payments.

Your membership will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.

No Partial Month Credits

We do not provide prorated refunds or credits for unused portions of a billing period.

Rejoining

Former members may rejoin at the current membership rate in effect at the time of enrollment.

Founding Member pricing is not guaranteed upon re-enrollment if previously canceled.

Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of educational content and immediate access to member resources, all membership payments are non-refundable.

This includes:

Monthly membership fees
Annual membership fees (if offered)
Promotional pricing
Founding Member pricing
